Returns and Exchanges

The User may return the ordered product(s) 14 (fourteen) days after receipt, provided that:
a) The product(s) have not been used;
b) The product(s) keep their original characteristics and labels intact;
c) The product(s) are complete. All material accompanying the orders must be returned.

The customer must request the return of the order through the email manneatelier@gmail.com indicating the item(s) he wants to return, aswell as the order number.

The cost of return is of the responsibility of the customer. Please note that, if your return has been made for reasons other than the justified existence of a defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, MANNATELIER will not refund the shipping costs. Therefore, MANNATELIER will not reimburse the expenses related to the postage initially paid by the customer for the respective order, nor the customs cost fees.

Once the returned product is received, MANNATELIER will analyze and confirm its state of conservation and, when applicable, will refund within a maximum period of 15 (fifteen) days the amount paid for the article(s) without any expenses to the user. 

In cases of exchanges, your refund can be made through a voucher for the value of the item or items returned. Please note, possible subsequent returns of items purchased with a voucher will always be made using a voucher. Vouchers are non-refundable and are valid for 12 months.

If you want to return one or more items, you can request a refund to the same payment method.

If the returned items are damaged or show signs of use, MANNATELIER reserves the right to not accept the return and refuse to refund them.

In cases of defect or non-conformity of the ordered products, MANNATELIER is responsible for collecting the article(s) from an address chosen by the user. Please note, collections are only accepted from the original shipping country of the respective order, excluding islands.
